Bespoke Safety

Bespoke Safety has trained almost 1000 local authority regulators from over 250 local authorities across the UK and supported many colleagues through complex fatal accident investigations.

With almost 30yrs experience investigating complex accidents and fatalities, we are able to advise on the many problems and issues associated with conducting a criminal investigation into a serious work related incident. This includes:

  1. Managing the investigation and advising on investigation technique
  2. Working with the Work Related Deaths Protocol
  3. PACE and PEACE and how to use both to improve the effectiveness of your investigation
  4. Assisting with interviews under caution
  5. Investigation and legal file peer review
  6. Helping to draft notices and prosecution files

We also offer a suite of practical 1 day training sessions covering a range of areas. Each session provides the ‘need to know’ information for regulators and is full of practical solutions to common problems.

Bespoke Safety is proud to have been supporting local authorities for over 10 years. Please complete the subscribe form to be kept up to date about new sessions and articles. Please email with any queries. I am happy to provide advice relating to current investigations for any issues you may have.
